Top 10 complaints and inquiries of 2017

The year 2017 was another busy one for the Better Business Bureau serving Mainland B.C. Nearly two million BBB Business ProÀle inquiries, nearly two million instances of service to the people of British Columbia, over 4,200 accredited businesses on the roster, over 6,000 complaints closed, and over 10,000 veriÀed customer reviews published.

“We are proud of the strides BBB has been making over the past several years,” said Evan Kelly, Senior communications Adviser for the BBB.

“People are coming to us to get as much information about a company as possible before making big Ànancial decisions. They know the quality of our data. Everything we publish has been vetted and veriÀed.”
