Eco-Art at the EECO Create using recycled and natural materials. Drop-in program is free and open to all ages. Location: Mission Creek Regional Park, Springfield and Durnin roads. Time: 11 a.m. Bingo Kelowna Senior Citizens Society bingo at the Richter Seniors’ Centre. Lunch, coffee and tea available. Bring a friend. Everyone welcome. Location: 1353 Richter St. Time: noon. Cat adoption Okanagan Cat Coalition will be at Bosley’s in Peachland from noon to 3 p.m. with some adorable kitties available for adoption as part of National Adoption Weekend. Family Fun Day Landmark Encore Theatre, Morpheus Graphix and Visit Our Okanagan present Family Fun Day from noon until 6 p.m. on the Landmark Encore Theatre Promenade with fun and prizes for all ages. Everyone can spin the wheel, adults can play balloon pop and kids can play lollipop pull. As well, there will be a colouring contest, face painting, a silent auction and cotton candy. Money raised from the event goes to Kids Help Phone and B.C. Children’s Hospital. To make a donation, call 250-681-9201. Saturday bridge Fee: $5. Free coffee, cookies and parking. Location: Parkinson Activity Centre, 1700 Harvey Ave. Time: 12:30 p.m. Diamonds and Divas Diamonds and Divas Ladies Only fundraiser from 6 to 11:30 p.m. at Westbank Lions Community Hall. The event organized by the Peachland Lions includes a meal catered by the Blind Angler Grill and drinks from The View Winery. All money raised goes to the Kelowna General Hospital Foundation.
