Shannon Lake Road development

Council adopted official community plan and zoning amendment bylaws for 2735 Shannon Lake Rd. The 3.3-hectare property currently contains a single detached house. The approved development will facilitate a townhouse or duplex development and includes a land dedication for public access along the foreshore of Shannon Lake.
