Cultural District tours Two-hour free, guided walking tour of Kelowna’s Cultural District. Location: Laurel building, corner of Ellis Street and Cawston Avenue. Time: 10 a.m. Car show Westridge Centre Car Show takes place Friday evenings in the Lordco parking lot at the Westridge Shopping Centre at 2484 Main St. All vehicle types are welcome. There will be contests, prizes and entertainment. The car show runs from 7 p.m. to dusk Fridays until Sept. 28.

Location: Parkinson Activity Centre, 1700 Harvey Ave. Time: 12:30 p.m. Treasure hunt Download the “Agents of Discovery” App and take part in the Bertram Treasure Hunt at Bertram Creek Regional Park. Gather at the regional parks tent near the picnic shelter (off the lower parking lot) between 1 and 5 p.m., and parks services crew members will get you started. You’ll need a smartphone for this free virtual treasure hunt with 15-20 designated locations for you to explore and discover within the park. The app is available free in the Apple App Store or Play Store. The hunt takes about an hour and there are prizes for everyone who completes it.
