FRAUD AUG. 4

RCMP file: 2018-47018 A woman contacted Kelowna RCMP at 9:25 p.m. on Aug. 4 when her gym bag was discovered missing from a Gordon Drive fitness centre. The blue Adidas gym bag contained clothing and the woman’s wallet.

One of the cards in the wallet was used a couple of times at a downtown convenienc­e store before the cards were able to be cancelled. RCMP members are hoping to identify this female person of interest.

THEFT OF GROCERIES AUG. 9

RCMP file: 2018-48749 Loss Prevention Officers from a grocery store located in Lake Country contacted RCMP with surveillan­ce footage of an unknown male leaving the store with about $250 in unpaid groceries. The person of interest, described as being a slim, Caucasian about five-foot-11, left the Main Street store at about 12:30 p.m. on Aug. 9 and departed in a vehicle (no descriptio­n obtained).

THEFT OF GROCERIES JULY 17

RCMP file: 2018-41824 Loss prevention officers from the Real Canadian Superstore located on Louie Drive in West Kelowna contacted RCMP on July 17 when a man and woman left the store without paying for a cart full of groceries.

The male is described as being a Caucasian, about 35 years old, six-feet tall with tattooed arms and was wearing a Germany t-shirt.

The female is Caucasian, about five-foot-six and 30 years old with blonde hair and glasses. The couple loaded about $500 worth of groceries into a white Jeep Compass and headed south on Louie Drive toward Bering Road.
