Help for young parents

-

Volunteers, staff members, friends and family members of Valley First Credit Union employees helped to knit, quilt and crochet blankets for 18 babies and toddlers cared for through the local YMCA's Young Parent Program. Valley First and its parent company, First West, have been supporting the program for the past three years. Employees from First West's other credit unions, Envision and Island Saving, also joined in the knitting project. The First West Foundation has provided grants to the Young Parents program since 2017 totaling $49,900.
