An opportunity to showcase local products
Local entrepreneurs Nikki and Preston Hayden, who also own Vertical Edge Window Cleaning, have brought Super Shopper
Club to West Kelowna and Peachland.
The business helps local businesses get their products and services in front of targeted local shoppers.
“Everyone deserves the opportunity to showcase their products and services to local shoppers,” said Preston. “Things might look different right now for getting out and about and going to store fronts, so this is the next best thing.”
Both business owners and shoppers can benefit from Super shoppers.
“West Kelowna and Peachland are two of the most local business-supporting communities that we know,” said Nikki.
Local businesses can benefit from the ability to add products and services they sell for local shoppers to easily find. They can link directly to their social media and they can show their reviews.
Shoppers can search for local products and services that the Super Shopper Club sell, compare prices from other local businesses and create a wish list of what they want to buy to receive deals and special offers from local businesses.
For a limited time, Super Shopper Club is offering a deal for local businesses to promote their businesses throughout the Okanagan and list their products and services.
The Ecommerce website for Super Shopper Club went live in July and they’ve already added over 3,000 businesses to their database, most of which are in the Okanagan.

Music can help
COVID-19 has brought challenges and presented the need to cope, adapt and seek ways for a more balanced and grounded mindset. The soothing and calming effect of music can help in relieving tension, anxiety, frustration and depression, said Claudia Kargl of the Children’s Piano-Arts Corner Studio.
Music is also a great educational alternative to spending countless hours of passive screen
time and playing computer games.
Creative music instruction that encompasses the inter-connection of the arts can spark the imagination and expression of inner feelings and emotions outwards.
Beginning in 2021, the Children’s Piano-Arts Corner Studio (CPAC) in West Kelowna will be providing the Music can make a World of Difference experience.
The CPAC Studio is inviting families with musical and artistic young children to benefit from a special time limited offer for January. Interested families who call and register will receive a
gift certificate along with a free introductory lesson to open the doors to fun, inspiring and creative piano lessons.
Gift certificates for stocking stuffers are available.
