Tickets can be purchased at Brewery & the Beast, Vancouver Island starting May 27 at 10 a.m. for Victoria festival.

“Brewery & the Beast in 2023 will be better than ever. With more fire, more beverages, and an outstanding line-up of chefs and restaurants showing off what they do best. We are so fortunate to be able to showcase local farmers, exceptional food, refreshing beverages and celebrate the culinary talent in each market,” said Scott Gurney, Director of 17 Black Events, which produces the wildly successful event.

A stellar line-up of participating Vancouver chefs and restaurants is in the works, with confirmed presenters for 2023 including Anh and Chi, Boulevard Kitchen and Oyster Bar, Bruno Restaurant, Caffe Artigiano, Como Taperia, Crack On, Cream Pony, H2 Kitchen and Bar, Haven Kitchen and Bar, Hydra Estiatorio, Mount Pleasant Vintage and Provision, Notch8 at The Hotel Vancouver, Paella Guys, Peter Ho, Published on Main, Salt N Sear Catering, Tacofino Restaurants, Two Rivers Meats, Vianello Hospitality, and Wildlight Kitchen and Bar.

Known for showcasing top-quality meat in various styles, from expertly grilled to slow-roasted, braised or smoked, Brewery & the Beast pairs the incredible number of dishes available with chilled beer, ciders, wine, cocktails and refreshing zero-proof options. And no celebration is complete without music.

There will be live entertainment throughout the event, with performances by local artists to keep ticketholders’ toes tapping all afternoon.

An undeniable tribute to B.C.’s unparalleled bounty of food and drink from farm to table, Brewery & the Beast is focused on honouring the best of what the province has to offer.
