Clemens Rehbein sounds off on the things that enquiring minds want to know:

On drawing from multiple genres: “In the end the whole thing has to fit together. I think we did a good job of that. But if you listen to Blossom, there are a lot of different colours there. It’s colourful pictures that meld together.”

On feedback: “When you finish songs or demos and show them to management everybody has an opinion—they want to feel good about what you are doing. But in the end it’s always been very clear that we are the only ones that have to be happy.”

On original goals: “Basically, it was to stay in our hometown and maybe earn some clicks on Youtube.”
