FUNDRAISER­S The annual CWL Fall Tea and Bazaar is at Assumption Parish Centre, Stratford,

on Saturday, Nov. 1, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. There will be a luncheon, crafts, home cooking, plum puddings, preserves and much more. The cost of the luncheon is $6. There is free admission to the bazaar.

Winsloe United Church’s hot roast beef dinner

Baked bean, ham and scallop potato supper

is at St. Andrew’s Presbyteri­an Church, Cardigan, Saturday, Nov. 1, 4-6:30 p.m. The price for adults is $10 and children under 12 years, $5. Take-outs are available.

Spaghetti supper and cake auction

are Sunday, Nov. 2, at the Fort Augustus Rec Centre, 4-6 p.m. The cost is $10 per person or $30 per family. Proceeds are in aid of the Fort Augustus Heritage Park projects. Everyone is welcome.

The fall turkey supper

is Sunday, Nov. 2, at St Margaret’s Parish Hall 11394 Northside Rd., 4-6 p.m., with take-outs available. The cost is $12 for adults, $6 for ages 12 and under and free for pre-schoolers. Call Angela at 902-687-2546.

A seniors roast pork dinner being put on by the Seniors Group of Holy Redeemer

on Tuesday, Nov. 4, at the Jack Blanchard Family Centre on Pond Street. The price is $10 and the meal will be served beginning at 4:30 p.m. Tickets can be reserved by calling David at 902-8921558.
