Joe Mantegna reprises his voice role as Fat Tony. Entrepreneur Richard Branson voices his animated likeness.

4 Celebrity Family Feud 9 p.m. on (ABC-B) It’s surely a family affair as siblings Penny and Garry Marshall head a team in the first contest of this new episode. The movie directors and several relatives compete against Dr. Phil McGraw and his clan — including wife Robin, a staple of his syndicated weekday show. Then, “Glee” alum Kevin McHale leads family members against some of veteran comedy actor Fred Willard’s, who’s been recurring lately on “Modern Family.” Steve Harvey is the host.

5 Jonathan Strange & Mr Norrell 10 p.m. on (M1) Mr. Norrell’s (Eddie Marsan) magical illusions mystify the French navy, winning him the support of Sir Walter Pole (Samuel West), but the magician’s spell to resurrect Lady Pole (Alice Englert) inadvertently has released a malign faery spirit (Marc Warren) known as The Gentleman with the thistledown hair into Sir Walter’s household. Meanwhile, Jonathan Strange (Bertie Carvel), his powers growing, comes to London hoping to apprentice with a decidedly reluctant Norrell in the new episode “How Is Lady Pole?.”
