Le­gion loses liquor li­cence

BLOOM­FIELD — The P.E.I Liquor Con­trol Com­mis­sion has sus­pended the liquor li­cense of the St. An­thony Royal Cana­dian Le­gion in Bloom­field for two days. St. An­thony branch num­ber 27 is lo­cated along Route 2, the Vet­er­ans’ Me­mo­rial High­way, in West Prince. The com­mis­sion said in a state­ment that it is sat­is­fied the Le­gion breached two sec­tions of the Liquor Con­trol Act, in­clud­ing that a li­censee shall not per­mit any dis­or­derly con­duct in their li­censed premises and that a li­censee shall not sell or sup­ply liquor to any­one in an ap­par­ently in­tox­i­cated con­di­tion.
