Legion loses liquor licence

-

BLOOMFIELD — The P.E.I Liquor Control Commission has suspended the liquor license of the St. Anthony Royal Canadian Legion in Bloomfield for two days. St. Anthony branch number 27 is located along Route 2, the Veterans’ Memorial Highway, in West Prince. The commission said in a statement that it is satisfied the Legion breached two sections of the Liquor Control Act, including that a licensee shall not permit any disorderly conduct in their licensed premises and that a licensee shall not sell or supply liquor to anyone in an apparently intoxicated condition.
