Man sentenced for theft

A 29-year-old man from Summerside has been sentenced to serve 12 months of probation and must pay a $100 victim surcharge. Jonathan Daniel Kelly recently pleaded guilty of theft under $5,000. He was originally charged on March 19, 2014.
