Alberton man jailed for uttering threats

Codey Troy Gorden, 26, of Alberton, recently pleaded guilty to failing to abide by a court order and two counts of uttering threats. Gorden was sentenced to 30 days in jail, 12 months of probation and must pay a $300 victim surcharge
