A pa­rade cel­e­brat­ing the city’s trust in its mil­i­tary will be held next week in Char­lot­te­town. The grant­ing of the Free­dom of the City is the high­est hon­our a city can be­stow. The cadets from the Arg­onaut Cadet Train­ing Cen­tre will pa­rade to city hall at ap­prox­i­mately 10:30 a.m. on Wed­nes­day, July 22. A sec­tion of Queen Street be­tween Fitzroy and Kent streets will be closed to traf­fic from 9:30 a.m. un­til noon. Park­ing will be also re­stricted those streets from 5 a.m. to noon.
