Man sen­tenced for im­paired driv­ing

A 66-year-old man from the Summerside area has been sen­tenced for im­paired driv­ing. Ben­jamin Hu­bert Mills was charged on April 28 in Summerside. He was sen­tenced to serve seven days in jail, pay a fine of $1,300, plus $390 in vic­tim sur­charges and is pro­hib­ited from driv­ing for one year.
