Mima publishes fifth book, ‘Different Shades of the Same Colour’

-

The P.E.I. author known as Mima recently published her fifth book, “Different Shades of the Same Colour”, just on the heels of her 2015 book, Her Name is Mariah.

Mima says the plot unfolds like this

“It all started when Natasha Parsons hit her head, in a very undignified manner, at her uncle’s political fundraiser.

“Suddenly, she finds herself exiled to the country and discovering some surprising truths about her family and her own life. In a world of prejudice and judgment, Natasha quickly learns that we are all different shades of the same color, but is she ready to accept the darkness that’s lurking around the corner?”

In her new book, Mima explores the world of prejudice and stereotypes without pulling the reader into a heavy plot, but rather, a combination of humor and humanity.

“Spicy content, a dark plot twist and a complicated family relationship adds to the element of surprise, that makes this book a must read for 2016,” a news release states.
