Canada Learning Bond a great way to save

The Canada Learning Bond offered through the government of Canada provides another great way to save for a child’s post-secondary education, says Advanced Learning Minister Richard Brown. The Canada Learning Bond is available to children who were born after Dec. 31, 2003 and whose families receive the National Child Benefit Supplement. “Post-secondary education is a valuable investment, but it can be costly if not appropriately planned for,” said Brown. “By planning early for your child’s education and using programs such as the Canada Learning Bond, postsecondary education can become much more affordable.”
