MACLEOD, Marion Grace

At the Riverview Manor, the passing of Marion Grace MacLeod, age 90, of Montague, formerly of Primrose, devoted wife of the late Howard MacLeod, occurred on Sunday, January 17, 2016, with family by her side. Born in Cardigan on May 18, 1925, she was the daughter of the late William and Katherine (Ross) MacEachern. Marion is survived by her loving children: Martin (Wanda) MacLeod, Cathy (John) Peters, Jean ( John Chiasson), John (Caroline Robleza); cherished grandchildren: Kimberley (Dean) MacKinnon, Andrew MacLeod, Roger (Nicole) Robertson, Brodie Peters, Danielle Peters, Brendan MacLeod, Sarah MacLeod; adored great-grandchildren: Haley MacKinnon, Dawson MacKinnon, Ethan Robertson, MacKenzie Robertson; sister, Anne (Rev. John) Cameron; brother-in-law, Charlie Kennedy; cousins, nieces and nephews. Predeceased by sisters, Ruth MacLeod (Alec deceased), Florence Myers (Everrett, Percy deceased), Evelyn Kennedy and Bell MacEachern. Resting at Ferguson Logan Montague Funeral Home with visiting on Wednesday, January 20, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral service to be held on Thursday, January 21, at 2 p.m. from the Dundas United Church. Interment to follow in the Dundas Community Cemetery. Donations to the Dundas United Church would be appreciated. By request family flowers only. Due to severe allergies, please refrain from wearing any scented products. Eastern Star #69 Montague, will hold a Service of Remembrance on Wednesday evening at 6:30 p.m., at the funeral home.
