Nominate someone for a chance to win $500

Since the P.E.I. French Health Network (PEIFHN) officially launched, the Étoile Santé campaign to recognize health professionals who offer French-language health services, 12 individuals have been recognized for their exceptional offer of French-language services as of December 2015.

The campaign will continue in 2016, and those who take the time to nominate health professionals will have a chance to win one of two $500 prizes.

To be eligible for one of the prizes, individuals must nominate health professionals who actively offer French language health services in Prince Edward Island. For more information, go towww.santeipe.ca/liste-desnomines.
