The first month of 2016 is al­most and with it are likely plenty of res­o­lu­tions. But for those still hang­ing tough, here is a hint to make them a long-term re­al­ity. Fo­cus on self-talk. Be care­ful what you say to your­self, be­cause your thoughts dic­tate your be­hav­ior. In fact, 77 per cent of what we say to our­selves is neg­a­tive, so don’t give into the neg­a­tive thoughts that the goal is im­pos­si­ble.
