Top Panthers

Basketball players Angenay Williams and Tyler Scott are this week’s UPEI Panther Subway athletes of the week. Williams, a fourth-year arts student from Chicago, Ill., in her first year at UPEI, led the Panthers in scoring and on the boards on the weekend. Williams collected 32 points, 18 rebounds and 11 assists while recording five steals as the Panthers beat UNB 70-56 and lost 73-68 to Dalhousie. Scott, a fourthyear business administration student from Halifax in his second season at UPEI, led the Panthers offensively on the weekend. In the Panthers 94-75 win over UNB and 7978 loss to Dalhousie, Scott scored 16 and 23 points, respectively. He added 16 rebounds, five assists and two steals during the two games.
