Allain pleads guilty to two charges

SUMMERSIDE – Donnie Carl Joseph Allain, 31, of Summerside pleaded guilty to one count of forcible entry to a property in Summerside, one count of theft from the same property.

The incident occurred March 2 in Summerside.

Allain was sentenced to serve seven days in jail, which he received permission to do intermittently, and must serve 12 months of probation. He must also pay $200 in victim surcharges.
