OLSCAMP, Marie “Rita” (nee Gallant)
The funeral mass for Marie “Rita” Olscamp (nee Gallant) formerly of Summerside, P.E.I., beloved wife of George Olscamp was held on Thursday, May 4th , 2017 from the East Prince Funeral Home, Summerside to St. Paul’s Church, Summerside by Rev. Frank Jay and co-celebrated by Rev. Albin Arsenault. The pall was placed by her daughters Lynda Fitzgerald and Judy Driscoll. The Readings were read by granddaughters Jill Olscamp and Margo Chaisson. The Gospel was proclaimed and the Homily was delivered by Father Jay. The Prayers of the Faithful were led by Teresa Olscamp. Hymns sung by members of the church choir were: “Be Not Afraid”, “Here I Am Lord”, “Amazing Grace”, “Gentle Woman” and “How Great Thou Art.” Organist was Bethany Dawson. Cross bearer was Irving Arsenault; candle bearers were Rene Richard and Benny Arsenault; incense bearer was Windsor Arsenault; and ushers were Eleanor Doiron and Jean Doucette. Pallbearers were all her grandchildren: Cameron, Robert, Elliot and Katherine Olscamp, Justin MacLean and Ethan Sprague. Also in attendance were members of St. Paul’s Church Thursday Afternoon Prayer Group and members of St. Paul’s Church C.W.L., who formed an honor guard. Interment will place in the church cemetery at a later date. Members of St. Paul’s Church C.W.L. held a Prayer Service at the funeral home on Wednesday afternoon under the direction of Louise Doiron and assisted by Linda Yeo. It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Eileen Patricia Curley RN; peacefully and surrounded by her family at the Provincial Palliative Care Centre on Tuesday, May 2, 2017, aged 73 years. Left to mourn her passing is her beloved husband Kevin.

Lovingly remembered by her many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Joseph and Viola (Driscoll) Walsh. Resting at Belvedere Funeral Home until Saturday at 9:45 a.m. then to Church of the Most Holy Redeemer for funeral mass at 10 a.m. Interment in St. Martin of Tours and St. Francis of Assisi Cemetery. Visitation Friday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. In lieu of flowers, all memorial donations can be made to the Provincial Palliative Care Centre or St. Martin of Tours and St. Francis of Assisi Cemetery.
