Fundraisers

Chase The Ace is at the New London Community Complex with an estimated pot of $74,900 and 12 cards left. Doors open Friday at 7 p.m., and the draw is at 9 p.m.

Capture the Queen of Hearts is at the Fort Augustus Rec Centre, Fridays, with doors opening at 6:30 pm. Tickets are sold until 8 p.m. for a chance to win a growing jackpot.

A dinner and do are Saturday, May 20, 6 p.m., at North Shore Community Centre with entertainment following. Tickets are $25 and available at the centre on Covehead Road. For more information, call 902-672-2600.

Chase the Ace Draw is back at the Charlottetown Legion every Saturday at 7:30 p.m. The Legion is partnered up with RCAFA 201 (Confederation) Wing and Stratford Town Centre - drive through available at Stratford Town Centre on Saturdays. This week’s estimated jackpot is $7,000 on May 20th.

Tracadie Lions Sunday Brunch is Sunday, May 21, at the Tracadie Community Centre, Station Road, Tracadie Cross, 10-11:30 a.m. Enjoy pancakes, sausage, beans, toast, tea, coffee, juice and fresh baked goods. The cost is $7 per adult, $4 per child (pre-schoolers free). Cash and debit will be accepted at the door. All proceeds are in aid of the Queen Elisabeth Hospital Foundation.
