Police were informed by an alleged victim Monday this week that she had received death threats.

As a result of an investigation, police arrested a 39-year-old resident of Cardigan.

The accused man will be appearing in provincial court at a later date.

CLEARING THE RECORD

The Guardian’s Price Watch featured in the Saturday, June 24, edition contained an error. The price for one night of camping in an unserviced site at Stanhope Campground in P.E.I. National Park is $27.40, tax included, not $55 as listed in the article.
