Peacefully with family by his side at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Tuesday, June 27, 2017 of Wesley MacKenzie of Marie age 69 years. Beloved husband of Dianne (Affleck). Dear father to Charmaine MacKenzie (Darryl Murphy), Jeremy Lewis, Lenette MacDougall (Billy), and Kyle MacKenzie (Shylah Sheehan). Proud Grampy of Jacob and Lexi MacDougall. He was predeceased by his parents Len and Irene (Cassidy) MacKenzie, parents-inlaw, Tommy and Betty Affleck and brother Irwin. Resting at the Hennessey Cutcliffe Charlottetown Funeral Home from where the funeral service will be held on Saturday at 1 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow in Midgell Cemetery. Visiting hours will be held on Friday from 4 to 8 p.m. If so desired memorial contributions may be made to the Midgell Marie Cemetery Fund or the Heart and Stroke Foundation of PEI.
