With heavy hearts we an­nounce the pass­ing of Mar­jorie Do­iron (nee Watts) of Hunter River, at the Queen Elizabeth Hos­pi­tal in Char­lot­te­town, on Fri­day, June 30th, 2017. She lived a hearty and love-filled 96 years. Mar­jorie was the lov­ing mother of Frank Do­iron (Bea), Bren­dan Do­iron (Carol), Rose Marie Fos­ter (Lionel), Mar­jorie Le­maire, Ray­mond Do­iron (Deb­bie), Kenny Do­iron (Shirley), Kelvin Do­iron (Deb­bie), Mary McCully (Den­nis); grand­mother to Paula, Dar­rin, Clay­ton, Sherry, Colette, Denise, Craig, Steven, Erin, Amanda, Christina, Shan­non, An­drew; and great-grand­mother to nu­mer­ous great grand­chil­dren. She will also be re­mem­bered by nu­mer­ous neph­ews, nieces and friends. Mar­jorie is pre­de­ceased by her par­ents, Ada and Wil­liam Watts; hus­band, Ray­mond; chil­dren Philip and Mary; and grand­sons, Troy and Stan­ley. Rest­ing at Cen­tral Queen’s Fu­neral Home, 2538 Glas­gow Road, New Glas­gow. At Mar­jorie’s re­quest there will be a pri­vate vis­i­ta­tion for fam­ily only.
