RCMP seeks tips af­ter hit and run

Queens Dis­trict RCMP is in­ves­ti­gat­ing a hit-and-run ac­ci­dent that hap­pened shortly af­ter 6 a.m. on Mon­day at the in­ter­sec­tion of the Trans-Canada High­way and the Mead­ow­bank Road in Corn­wall.

The sus­pect ve­hi­cle had been trav­el­ling east on the TCH when it ran a red light, hit­ting the other ve­hi­cle.

The sus­pect ve­hi­cle is a small grey car that now has dam­age to its pas­sen­ger side. It will also be miss­ing the mir­ror on the pas­sen­ger side and have red paint on parts of its ex­te­rior.
