Annand sentenced to five days in jail

SUMMERSIDE — April Dawn Marie Annand, 37, of McNeills Mills, has pleaded guilty to one count of driving while having a blood alcohol limit above the legal limit. The incident happened May 21 in Summerside. Annand was sentenced to five days in jail. She received permission to serve her time intermittently and must remain on probation until her time is served. She is also prohibited from driving for 12 months and must pay a $1,300 fine and a $390 victim surcharge.
