Emergency at Timmys

-

Question: If the emergency helicopter pilot who landed at a Timmy’s (near O’Leary in March) had rolled up the rim and won, to whom does the prize actually go?

Is it an issue that might be based on the net worth of the prize? Can the prize be deemed a gift if he bought the coffee? If he did not buy the coffee, but was given it, is that donation deemed an enticement for additional promotion of the establishment and called an unauthorized enticement?

OK, this could really get out of hand. Let’s be honest, while he was getting his large double double, countless others were in the driveby lane on their way to work getting theirs as well.
