O’Halloran gets jail time for motor vehicle charge

SUMMERSIDE – Christopher Raymond O’Halloran, 45, of Wilmot Valley has pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle while disqualified and failing to attend court. The charges are from Jan. 7 and May 8 in Summerside. O’Halloran was sentenced to serve 35 days in jail and received credit for three days served. He must also pay $200 in victim surcharges.
