The funeral for Thelma Jay was held Friday, June 30, 2017 from MacLean Funeral Home Swan Chapel where the service was conducted by The Reverend David Campbell. The scriptures were read by Jill Mosher, Amy Perry and Ellyn Suski. Congregational hymns were “What a Friend We Have in Jesus”, “Amazing Grace” and “In the Bulb There is a Flower”. Organist was Leslie Hiscott. Pallbearers were Jonathan Mosher, Karen Stanley, Mike Stanley, Noah Stanley, Donnie Thompson and Isaac Thompson. Flowerbearers were Connor Mosher, Jack Mosher and Emma Stanley. Interment took place in Mount Stewart Peoples Cemetery.
