Richmond man sentenced under Fisheries Act

SUMMERSIDE — Andrew B. Williams, 35, of Richmond pleaded guilty to one count of contravening his halibut licence, by not contacting the DFO hail system at least 10 hours before departing on a fishing trip. Williams was fined $1,000.
