“It is definitely a safety issue. This lane is for bikes only. If a young child were to be going along they could easily get a broken arm or leg or worse. Too often bicyclists have to stop suddenly for kids coming the opposite way. Children going at slow paces on bicycles should either be on the boardwalk or the inside paved lane.”
