The funeral for Mrs. Freda J. Ford was held on Wednesday, July 5, 2017 from the Hennessey Cutcliffe Charlottet­own Funeral Home Chapel where the service was conducted by Pastor Callum Beck. Scripture reading’s were read by Gloria Large and Pastor Beck. Freda’s niece Karianne Champion Shoemaker read the poem, When God Saw You Getting Tired daughter-inlaw Nadine DeWolfe gave the eulogy. Also during the service soloist Alexandra Smith sang My Lord What A Morning. The congregati­onal hymn’s were Joyful, Joyful, We Adore Thee and Here I Am Lord. The organist was Leo Marchildon. The pallbearer­s were Paul Simpson, Scott Simpson, Owen Simpson, Ian Wallis, David Snowie and Roger Hickox. The flower bearers were Lynda Weeks, Louise Rooney, Cheryl Simpson and Cheryl Gaudet. The honorary pallbearer­s were everyone in Attendance. The interment took place in The People’s Cemetery, Charlottet­own. Among those attending the funeral were representa­tives of APM.
