The fu­neral for Mrs. Freda J. Ford was held on Wed­nes­day, July 5, 2017 from the Hen­nessey Cut­cliffe Char­lot­te­town Fu­neral Home Chapel where the ser­vice was con­ducted by Pas­tor Cal­lum Beck. Scrip­ture read­ing’s were read by Glo­ria Large and Pas­tor Beck. Freda’s niece Kar­i­anne Cham­pion Shoe­maker read the poem, When God Saw You Get­ting Tired daugh­ter-in­law Na­dine DeWolfe gave the eu­logy. Also dur­ing the ser­vice soloist Alexan­dra Smith sang My Lord What A Morn­ing. The con­gre­ga­tional hymn’s were Joy­ful, Joy­ful, We Adore Thee and Here I Am Lord. The or­gan­ist was Leo Marchildon. The pall­bear­ers were Paul Simpson, Scott Simpson, Owen Simpson, Ian Wal­lis, David Snowie and Roger Hickox. The flower bear­ers were Lynda Weeks, Louise Rooney, Cheryl Simpson and Cheryl Gaudet. The honorary pall­bear­ers were ev­ery­one in At­ten­dance. The in­ter­ment took place in The Peo­ple’s Ceme­tery, Char­lot­te­town. Among those at­tend­ing the fu­neral were rep­re­sen­ta­tives of APM.
