JUDGES COMING TO THE CITY

Judges for the Canada 150 category of the 2017 national Communities in Bloom contest will be in Charlottetown in late July to rate the city’s greenery and esthetics. Alain Cappelle from Nieuwpoort, Belgium, and Cliff Lacey from Sherwood Park, Alta., will evaluate the City of Charlottetown on July 23-25.
