Springhill man pleads guilty

Carter Scott Noye, 19, of Springhill has pleaded guilty to one impaired driving related charge.

The incident is from April 22 in Tyne Valley.

Noye was sentenced to three days in jail and must pay a $1,000 fine and $300 victim surcharge. He is also prohibited from driving for 12 months.
