Phase II playing at Poole’s Corner

-

Phase II promises to have the dance floor full at Kaylee Hall in Pooles Corner Saturday night.

Singer Gerry Hickey, front man for the group, said it amazes him that after all these years the group is still being booked for weddings where most of the audience is under 30 years of age.

“I guess a love of live music doesn’t much care about age difference,’’ Hickey said.

Phase II delivers music designed to make people feel like dancing, with songs from the 1950s by Elvis Presley and Chubby Checker to hits from the 1960s by the Beatles and John Fogarty. On the same set list, the audience will hear country rock and east coast party songs.

“We believe that our audience is very diverse and that our music needs to be the same in order to try to have something for everyone.’’

Kaylee Hall is air conditioned with a fully serviced bar and canteen.

Doors open at 7:15 p.m. with music beginning at 8 p.m.
