Mur­ray Har­bour hosts gospel ceilidh

The Mur­ray Har­bour Com­mu­nity Cen­tre will be hold­ing a gospel ceilidh to­day at 7:30 p.m.

The evening starts off with Wayne MacLean, Mel Gid­dings, Kenny Chap­man, Jo-Anne Ford and Michael Buell.

Len Buell and Edna MacMaster will also per­form. Len may also be per­suaded to whis­tle a tune or two.

Marion Bruce will be joined on stage with her friends, Leith and Evy Lou McCar­ron.

Ford will also bring along some of her in­stru­ments to pair up with Michael Buell and his gui­tar.

Marie Lou MacLure and Wal­ter Ching will also be part of the en­ter­tain­ment lineup and Marie Mac­In­tyre will per­form a se­lec­tion of gospel hymns.

Louis MacKay will share a va­ri­ety of coun­try gospel songs and act as MC for the evening.

There will also be a spe­cial pas­tor’s group tak­ing the stage to fill the event out.

Ad­mis­sion is $5 and also in­cludes a snack.
