Noth­ing quenches your thirst on a hot day like a cold drink. And in case you are out and about this week­end en­joy­ing the beau­ti­ful sunny weather, it is im­por­tant to re­mem­ber to stay hydrated while out­side. The Cana­dian Red Cross rec­om­mends drink­ing lots of flu­ids be­fore feel­ing thirsty. If you are thirsty, it means you are de­hy­drated.
