Nothing quenches your thirst on a hot day like a cold drink. And in case you are out and about this weekend enjoying the beautiful sunny weather, it is important to remember to stay hydrated while outside. The Canadian Red Cross recommends drinking lots of fluids before feeling thirsty. If you are thirsty, it means you are dehydrated.
