Voluntary Resource Council seeking nominations for awards
The Voluntary Resource Council (VRC) of P.E.I. is inviting nominations for the sixth annual outstanding volunteer awards.
The work of the VRC is to support and build capacity amongst voluntary organizations in P.E.I.
Non-profit organizations and associations are invited to nominate someone for special recognition. The selected volunteers will be recognized at the council’s annual breakfast gala in November.
Nominations should include the name and contact information of the volunteer and the organization/association, the mission of the organization/ association and a description of the contributions of the individual.
Nominations can be submitted by email to vrc@eastlink. ca, or by mail to Voluntary Resource Council, 81 Prince St., Charlottetown, P.E.I., C1A 4R3.
The deadline for nominations is Sept. 30.
