Af­ter a lengthy ill­ness, passed away on Tuesday, Au­gust 29th, 2017 in Heart of Hast­ings Hospice, Madoc, On­tario. She was born Dec. 24, 1948 in Char­lot­te­town,

P.E.I., the el­dest daugh­ter of Wil­fred F. Con­sta­ble and Mar­ion

J. (Howatt) Con­sta­ble.

She will be missed by brothers Jim (Val), Ken (Ber­nice), Hal, Gary (Eve­lyn), Doug (Mar­lene) and sis­ter Mar­i­lyn; aunts, un­cles, cousins, nieces, neph­ews and God chil­dren Lucy, Court­ney, Vic­to­ria and T.J. Marg main­tained strong con­nec­tions with her com­mu­nity in On­tario where she has lived since 1982. Af­ter she re­tired from Com­mu­nity Vi­sions and Net­work­ing (CVN) she vol­un­teered as sec­re­tary of the Belleville As­so­ci­a­tion of the Deaf (BAD), sat on the Ac­ces­si­bil­ity Ad­vi­sory Com­mit­tee for the City of Belleville, and on the Board of Com­mu­nity Ad­vo­cacy & Le­gal Cen­tre (CALC). Marg was a mem­ber of Park­dale Bap­tist Church and then a faith­ful mem­ber of Quinte Deaf Fel­low­ship. She was a soloist and while in Gal­laudet (Class of 82), joined the Joy­ful Sign Choir and be­came choir director of Love In­spi­ra­tion. Thank you to the Hospice Quinte Day Pro­gram, the Cana­dian Hear­ing So­ci­ety (CHS), the VON, Red Cross, BGH nurses, Dr. Coady and Dr. Robert Bates for their care and sup­port. Char­i­ta­ble do­na­tions can be made to Hospice Quinte, Quinte Deaf Fel­low­ship, CHS and Heart of Hast­ings. Cre­ma­tion has al­ready taken place. Friends and fam­ily can cel­e­brate Marg’s life at Park­dale Bap­tist Church, 514 Sid­ney Street, Belleville on Mon­day Septem­ber 11th, 2017 at 10 a.m., with visi­ta­tion one hour prior. Pas­tor H.
