New book on Montague

Montague Coun. Debbie Johnston and Mayor Richard Collins wear their centennial celebratio­n hats while also showing an upcoming book, as well as a framed illustrati­on from the book, that will showcase the town’s past 100 years and 32 historic sites. The book, which was created by Sterling Stratton, will go on sale during a public reception that will follow the next council meeting on Sept. 11. Framed illustrati­ons of the town’s 32 historic sites, which were drawn by Stratton, will also be installed in town hall.
