Science has taken man to edge of destruction
Science has given us super bugs, foods that are not nutritious, poisons for our food and our environment
What do Carol Capper and Doug Perry have in common? They believe the Bible to be obsolete, wrong and evil in parts and not written by God. Well many have tried to disprove the Bible over the centuries and failed. I firmly believe we are in end times. Bible haters are coming out of the woodwork. Mankind is getting more depraved and progressing to the end of time.
For no prophecy recorded in Scripture was ever thought up by the prophet himself. It was the Holy Spirit within these godly men who gave them true messages from God.
First, I want to remind you that in the last days there will come scoffers who will do every wrong they can think of, and laugh at the truth. This will be their line of argument: “So Jesus promised to come back, did he? Then where is he? He’ll never come!”
They deliberately forget this fact: that God did destroy the world with a mighty flood, long after he had made the heavens by the word of his command, and had used the waters to form the earth and surround it. And God has commanded that the earth and the heavens be stored away for a great bonfire at the judgment day, when all ungodly men will perish.
The day of the Lord is surely coming, as expectantly as a thief, and then the heavens will pass away with a terrible noise and the heavenly bodies will disappear in fire, and the earth and everything on it will be burned up.
What has following the Bible got to do with using modern inventions? I confess, I do use science. That said; science has taken us to the edge of total destruction, the melt down of the universe (nuclear fusion).
Science is fulfilling Bible prophecy. Science is also destroying our environment and our bodies. Science has given us super bugs, foods that are not nutritious, poisons for our food and our environment. Science will not save your eternal soul or prepare you for eternity. Science does not understand miracles or blood sacrifice. Jesus ended animal sacrifices with his death on the cross. This was for the sin of the world which science does not understand.
True faith believes God and absolute truth. Critical thought, questions and changing ones thoughts when it comes to the truth only lead to hell. To stand alone on the word of God leads to heaven and all other thought is sinking sand and destruction.
What exactly would you remove from the Bible? The teachings of Jesus, the 10 commandments, real history, sin or just what ever annoys you. The Lord hath shewed thee, O man, what is good; and what doth the Lord require of thee, but to do justly, and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with thy God.
