MARTELL CLAM LEASES

FOR SALE BY TENDER

Finance PEI (formerly PEI Lending Agency) as holder of a General Security Agreement and Leasehold Mortgage, pursuant to security granted by Michael and Tami Martell, of Montague, Prince Edward Island, invites interested parties to submit offers in a closed tender for the purchase of clam leases as hereinafter set out:

TENDER A: Three Clam Leases being: Lease #BOT-7543-L, (located at St. Mary’s Bay, containing approximately 12.81 acres), Lease #BOT-7444-L (located at St. Mary’s Bay, containing approximately 12.1 acres), and Lease #BOT7545-L (located at St. Mary’s Bay, containing approximately 11.67 acres). Transfer of the leases is subject to approval by the Minister of Fisheries & Oceans Canada.

An offer to purchase Tender A must be submitted to Finance PEI no later than 11:00 o’clock a.m., October 13, 2017, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of Sale. The highest or any offer shall not necessarily be accepted. Further information with respect to the Martell Clam Leases may be obtained from Finance PEI, 98 Fitzroy Street- 2nd Floor, Charlottetown, P.E.I. C1A 1R7.
