Alex MacLean, Paula Morand at annual expo in Charlottetown
The Greater Charlottetown Area Chamber of Commerce will present two successful entrepreneurs as part of at the 12th annual Biz2Biz Expo on Oct. 19.
Keynote speaker Paula Morand will offer her “truth told straight” approach to achieving bold sales. Alex MacLean, CEO of East Coast Lifestyle will share his entrepreneurial journey of turning a university project into a successful national brand.
MacLean will present at 11 a.m. and Morand will begin her keynote address at 2:30 p.m. at the expo, taking place at the Eastlink Centre in Charlottetown.
MacLean’s presentation will include his university career journey where he switched from biology to business to follow his love of entrepreneurship. He will share his early stage growth of building a business while finishing university and the struggles and triumphs that came with taking on the entrepreneurial challenge.
For more than 23 years, Morand’s dreaming big and being bold approach to leadership building and revenue boosting has been shared worldwide. Having worked with more than 25,000 clients in 19 countries, this former radio personality, author and award-winning entrepreneur will candidly reveal her proven sales acceleration tips, demonstrating how to be successful in a competitive sales world.

The 12th annual Biz2Biz Expo, co-sponsored by Corkum/Arsenault/Crozier and Stewart McKelvey, is Atlantic Canada’s premiere business to business tradeshow. The expo is presented with support from Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency and Innovation P.E.I. Biz2Biz Expo takes place on Thursday, Oct. 19 from 10 a..m. to 4 p.m. at the Eastlink Centre in Charlottetown. Admission is free.
