Fundraisers
Hot turkey dinner is at Hillcrest United Church, Montague on Nov. 3, serving 4-6.30 p.m. Eat in or take-out is available. Cost is adults, $15, and children, 12 and under, $8. There are also vegetarian or gluten-free options.
The Canadian Mental Health Association is looking for people in the Charlottetown and surrounding area that would be willing to show their home on Dec. 9, decorated for the Christmas season as part of a house tour fundraiser for Fitzroy Centre. Rock and Talk Postnatal Group is offered by Family Place, 75 Central St., Summerside, Thursdays 9:30-11:30 a.m. until Dec 14. A group also meets at the Credit Union Place the last Thursday of every month during the regular program time to go swimming with baby (Diaper Fit).
