Paugh pleads guilty in probation breach

SUMMERSIDE — James Herman Paugh, 34, of Summerside pleaded guilty to breaching a probation order. The charge is from May 24 in Summerside.

Paugh was sentenced to serve five days in jail and 12 months of probation. He must also pay a $100 victim surcharge.
