The funeral for Kathleen F. MacLellan of Indian River was held Tuesday November 14, 2017 from the Davison Funeral Home Kensington to St. Dunstan’s Basilica Charlottetown where the funeral mass was celebrated at 10 a.m. by Father Brian MacDougall. The funeral pall was placed on the casket by her children. The first reading was given by Maureen McGregor. The Intercessory Prayers were offered by Susan MacLellan. Processional Hymn was On Eagles’ Wings. The Psalm My Soul thirst for You O Lord, My God was led by Cantor Bonnie Hood. Soloist Flora Anne Whitty rendred the Offertory Hymn Ave Maria and the Communion Hymn Panis Angelicus. Song of Farewell was May Choirs of the Angels Come to Greet You. Recessional Hymn was The Lord is My Shepherd. Organist was Leo Marchildon. Honorary Pallbearers were Ernest Diamond, Mary White, Michael Ramsay, Gordon Ramsay and Bob McGregor. Honorary Pallbearers in Absentia were Dan Brooks, Lola Montgomery, Roxane Lemermeyer, Jennifer MacLellan, Fr. Rupert MacLellan and Colette McLaughlin. Pallbearers were R. James MacLellan, Mike McGregor, Stephanie McGregor, Danielle MacLellan, Jennifer (MacLellan) Harvey and Adam MacLellan. Interment was in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Indian River.
